Born Charlotte Kathryn Nc and given her family name Deborah.
She completed all course work at UTPT in 1978.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Jean Neimeyer; two sisters, Mrs. Silas Golembiewski and Mr. Larry Nc; three brothers, David Neimeyer, David Neimeyer and Larry Nc.
Papers have been received from her mother's family for review.
Funeral arrangements are private.
Memorial Services will be conducted at a later date by her brother, Mr. Larry Nc.

An honored and loved member of the LEC "A" Public Schools, Charlotte served as Student Leader for the Science, Agriculture and Mathematics year groups. In her senior year, she was a Key Club sponsor in the annual ceremony hosted by President Melvin Benes, Chief Administration, which honored Students, Advisors and Faculty of LEC "A".
Charlotte passed the chapter's most significant achievement of the year, winning the Orson Henkin Award for Extraordinary Service with Extraordinary Excellence. Student Leader, Assistant Member and the Chairman of the Department of Reading, Mr. Mike McAlevey, awarded Charlotte this award. Her former best friend, Laurie Staple, received the Ors who are Most for Outstanding Achievement in 2001, Charlotte served as a part of the 1998-99 Orson Henkin Committee on the Awards. She also served in the Secretary Association, with Mrs. Helen Jones from the previous year.
Charlotte was a 1992 Florida Historical Association "Concise Book" winner, as well as a 1999 LYNC Law Award recipient.
She was a 1992 AVNA Heritage Award recipient.
She was a 1992 state Outstanding Heart Association, Individual and Chapter winner.
She was a 1992 Bronze Biennial Award winner.
Memorial Service:
7:00 p.m. Monday, July 19th, in the First Congregational Church. Pastor David S. Soltner will officiate. Honorary pallbearers are: Bobby McKee and Leon Nc, John Fortunato Jr., Leonard Fortunato and Louis Nc.
