Dr Oveta Fuller Cause Of Death
The Case Of The Unexplained Missing Body Found In Water

An effort by the Italian and Italian-American communities to reach the next level of relations between them remains vital.
It is called a "resolved issue."
The biggest unresolved issue in the Italian-American community is how its members are treated when they are immigrants. Why is it immigrants are automatically suspected of stealing? But there are reasons why Italians are so strongly suspected of stealing. The three major problems identified with Italians are: the high social class of Italians, Italian dress, Italian food, and Italian food by Italian cooks.
If immigrants are believed to be stealing, then they are subject to criminal charges. (The law of course is different in Italy and the United States -- in Italy, no charges are filed against an immigrant accused of stealing; the presumption is he is innocent unless proven guilty.) Some immigrants are suspected of stealing in other countries, and the Italians, who are suspect in the United States of stealing, are constantly subjected to hatred of foreigners.
The law is also unjust and discriminatory, with Italian laws systematically violated by migrant workers in the United States. Immigration issues are to be expected, but immigration law is much more difficult if Italian nationals are alleged to have stolen in the United States.
Numerous complaints have been filed by both the Italian and Italian-American communities over Italian anti-American prejudice. Numerous foreign senators and Congressmen have warned against Italy sending in the military as it is prone to strong nationalism. Sen. Mike Mansfield, the Republican from Oklahoma, for example, said: I have watched the Italian community of Oklahoma suffer discrimination as a result of the Italian-American people's inflammatory anti-migrant rhetoric. He continued: I will tell my constituents on the extreme left in Oklahoma that if Italian-Americans and Italians are perceived as suspect in this community of being anti-Americans, the Italian-Americans and Italian-Americans are going to suffer discrimination, and only ignorance would perpetuate this. In the state of Nebraska, the Republican Senator told The New York Times the border areas are "irate, uncooperative with law enforcement." The bill (HR 799) that attempted to have it examined by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals suggests that the borderlands are not sympathetic to the laws of the United States.
