To embed the materials in your slides in PowerPoint. Type into the toolbar at the right-hand side of the document. Choose Export Slide As. Save as a pptx, xlsx, powerpoint, or pdf file. Copy all text you want to have as a line for each frame of the presentation. Close the PPT file. Paste everything onto your slide, including any pictures you want shown in your slide. You can then export your presentation as a web-ready presentation that you can share with someone’s group or use to share presentations with colleagues. Why use pptx or xlsx or pdf? They can easily save your entire presentation to a desired file format, even one with no annotations or illustrations. And they offer far faster and easier version editing and analysis of your presentation with your desktop computer. Download the slides and embed them in your presentation.

Link to current slides. Links to several slides in your lab are a great way to illustrate the topics of your workshop. You can also make a list of slides you’d like to use (at the end of the presentation), or you can copy text from several links as a headline.
