Frederik Osrs (born January 16, 1974) is a Swedish male professional wrestler who currently performs on the independent circuit as Osrs Fredrik and is considered the best in his respective luchtstridige art. He is best known for his partnership of over twenty years with the long-time rival to his career, Fabian Ämmin, as the Team 3-U World Wrestling Tag Team Champions, and the winner of their fictional tag team contest The Game. He has been represented by the independent promotion World Championship Wrestling, and for some period of time, he also wrestled for WCCW under the ring name Fredrik Osrs.

Osrs, now known as Osrs Fredrik, was born in Vauxhall, Sweden. His father, Fredrik is the manager and brother to both Fabian Ämmin and Åke Andersson; they are both trained to wrestle and are both former competitors, including Ämmin's career rival to Fredrik's as he defeated Fredrik for the X Division Championship on October 11, 2004. Growing up in his native Vauxhall, Fredrik began training at the luchtstridige Karlta Handelssa Gymnasium, as a youth he would enter contests. It was at the Karlta School's Team Wrestling Road to Career stage while playing sport against friend Johan Zaleta, Fredrik and Zaleta would team up together to defeat both school and hometown champions.

A keen amateur wrestler, Osrs as Osrs Fredrik, would often see wrestling videos at Karlta's School, he watched his older brother Fabian win in the 1st Grade in four years. It was during this time he took an interest in the sport and would decide to train himself, when in fifth grade he ended up in the Swedish junior style Wrestling Federation, which was organized by his father Fredrik in 1995. While living in Sweden, Fredrik would be practicing at Karlta, Wrestling, before returning to the Vauxhall wrestling school. He was entered in a amateur competition in his country and had a ranking of 13th in junior style, losing to none other than Örjan Forsman who is the current Swedish Junior Men's Grand Prix winner.
