("Sheree") (NYSE: OFC) announces the appointment of Elizabeth Ann Newhill to serve as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Ms. Newhill currently serves as CMO of InterOne Financial Inc. ("InterOne"), the company's investment banking and institutional banking business. Prior to InterOne, Ms. Newhill served as VP, Finance and CFO of Inset Technology Plastics, Inc. ("Inset").
