Pioneer Park/Westwood Water Plant: 2250 Old Street (which actually doesn't end at Old St.) Located on the city's south side, the water plant supports some of the first public buildings on St. Cloud Beach in that era -- the Dakota Hotel and later the U.S. post office, and other public buildings such as the John Hay St. Cottage -- and the creation of the St. Cloud Public Library (established in 1860).
