I am actually quite stunned that my own family has become vegan in the last couple of years. We can be totally glum when we are going for a walk after dinner before going to bed and end up finding out that we can’t eat the rice pudding. My wife and I worked at a fast food chain as personal chefs up north and we were excellent cooks and managers. Lots of great memories there and the food was always very good. Everyone liked and ate there.
