Property Frameworks Tenant Portal
The Tenant Portal provides tenants with detailed information about the availability of facilities and how to use them. It also provides information about the risks associated with using their properties.
Tenants and landlords can use the Tenant Portal to communicate issues of particular importance to them directly to their landlord, management or any other party, to ensure the ongoing health and safety of tenants.
Other tenants and landlords can use the Tenant Portal to communicate issues of particular importance directly to Councils and the County Councils so that any discussions with staff are relevant to local needs.
Within the Tenant Portal there are multiple ways to report problems, concerns or issues directly to Councils and County Councils.
The Tenant Portal offers information on the following areas:
Complaints Handling - Reports on complaints are available for review, investigation and resolution. The Tenant Portal can be accessed to report any complaint directly. Information on the procedures for handling complaints and the availability of Referral Points is available.
Service Right Ltd is a service provider to the public housing provider. The Tenant Portal is no longer available.
What is a Tenant Portal Access?
Use of the Tenant Portal via the online services of OAXAS will allow you to use the Tenant Portal for the purposes of investigating problems, issues or concerns relating to your Landlord, Landlords or Tenant.
The Tenant Portal will allow you to make enquiries directly to your landlord, building manager, provider, or other relevant parties.
Please be aware that where issues of public relevance are concerned, an offence must be made in writing to the relevant Council.

Offence
Use of the Tenant Portal by persons, agencies and entities other than Council, county council and the Director of Housing/Law Enforcement will be governed by the offences contained in Schedule 3 of the tenancy act 2002. The purposes of which are set out in Schedule 3 of the tenancy act 2002.
