Rocco Dispirito Cookbooks

This catalog of Rocco Dispirito cookbooks is some what similar to Zaccaria and Claudio’s guide to making cookware from hard won materials. All the other books are by other authors, but for whatever reason this catalog uses one name to cover all of the books.

Yes, it’s the same author that started the epic life of Zaccaria and as mentioned is the co-editor of the Claudio Residual Cookbook as well as most all Rocco Dispirito cookbooks and The Emergence of Cuisine.

It’s possible that this book isn’t available for sale.

This is a very long, detailed, written out catalog of dozens of mostly cookbooks, it is compiled by one of the last Rocco Dispirito cooks and one of the best in their field including Zaccaria, Claudio Residual Cookbook, The Emergence and Zaccaria’s Cuisine: a catalog of the great cook, the finest cook I know.

I have no intention of selling them here. There are a lot of the cookbooks that I hope are available soon, there are more than I could put here but enough is enough, this would be worth a lot of money to me alone.

He is a principal creator of the classic cookbook, and one of the great masters of the culinary art, Zaccaria Dispirito, one of the older (but not the best) food writers in the USA and author of the two volumes of “The Emergence of Cuisine”.
