No doubt, there is never a time when it is safe to walk into a show promoter’s office and let the air out of your tires. It’s a really terrible feeling. Fortunately, the great reward was the immense happiness and positive feelings that come with knowing that someone who has supported you and made you feel like a little part of the show that you’re working on is giving their time and energy to help you put on the next great show. These days, the amount of positive recognition that comes from people not only giving their time, but playing the song, giving their voice or not making the music and helping put on a great entertainment experience has dramatically increased over the years. Of course, the quality of the production company’s staff can play a role in the positive relationship between the promoter and the show. We have even heard both the production company and/or the talent being credited as the real owners and guarantor of the show.
How Much Do Promoters Really Want to Be Promoters?
Before an idea enters your head, the questions we should be asking are, “Is the idea legitimate?”, “How much money do promoters have to make to keep in with the system?”. If the idea is not good and you are not able to bring the promoters on board, you lose a lot. In the end, the amount of the money that the promoters will spend on you and your production company will determine whether your marketing and publicity and financial plan make sense. In the end, the top promoters have a much harder time than others competing with others. They have the ability to be compensated in their own time and money. The more time and money they can earn from you, the stronger your belief in the credibility of the show that you’re doing is. The top promoters are the ones who think that the best TV entertainment on the planet is created by the people who are always put in front of a camera telling everyone just what they want to know about what people want to hear. The current system allows the promotion companies to charge more money to help bring on these top promoter’s… But still, I am not the one that is stealing it all. The money that the promoters charge you is for the production of the show and the promotion of the production company.
