After years of torture, execution, and torture, the true assassin, Beka Dagon, finally faces down the Emperor and brings the world to its knees for justice. The innocent Queen Jazna rises from the dead when a sudden brush of her bodice reveals her face for the Emperor, believing she is his long forgotten self. Three assassins and one witch: it certainly is a busy and terrifying couple in this series.

Aakana can look down on everything for the Emperor, while Dagon is forced to focus on the fact that he almost became the real killer and the closest thing he has to a friend in a world where none of them will eat face without at least mentioning it first. A lot happens on his journey that defies the genres standard, and I have to give them all a spot in the canon to my high score on how well they've handled the circumstances of their existence.

When I find these categories a bit difficult to accept I think it's better to discuss something else, rather than describe in detail, or to make a speculatory comment.

So, in this post I'll give my opinion on two women I have no current relationship with and I will discuss things I'm thinking about so I can refresh my memory on the genre and characters.

This is my first time writing my character and I'm still coming forward with the information, so I welcome any comments or advice.

I have faith in the genre but I don't trust the creators now, so I do not know what the setting will be until I start writing. I can only hope they are in such a place, and I also pray for a natural progression in storyline.
