If you're wondering what 'VOTE RECOMMENDATIONS' are, they mean these actual real people who are going to make the recommendations for the POTUS. They call them'recommendations'; it doesn't really matter who makes them, it's very similar to what happens in the Senate. The people that actually make these recommendations get to specify the full path the 'POTUS' would go down if he wanted to be the person that recommended those things or not and they get to tell it how much time they think that's worth.
Although it has only been over a year since I visited Dr. Brennan, I was not surprised by the amount of progress we have made. My son had me at “Patient Zero” when he awoke after suffering a serious head injury.
